Why you should hire me to perform your Home Inspection.

For most people, purchasing a home is the largest transaction that they will execute.  You need a home inspector whom has your interests at heart. You are my client, I work for you, no one else. Some home inspectors fear that they will be labeled "Deal Killers" if they do not diminish issues or defects in the report. That label can be bad for a home inspector's business. This practice is not condoned by me. I "call 'em like I see 'em". A Home Inspector can actually be, for lack of a better word, an "insurance policy" for the buyer, seller, and Realtor. The vast majority of my business comes from referrals by previous clients.

I offer FREE REINSPECTIONS for one year that are actually free of charge or any fee. Other home inspectors may offer "free reinspections", that may not actually be free. They have some terms attached, for example, if you need the "free reinspection" on a weekend, they will charge you a fee because it is not within their regular work schedule, some charge a mileage fee, some charge an after hours fee; these are just a few examples. Free is not always free, unless you choose to engage my services. 
I will not charge you anything for a reinspection, PERIOD!!

I will stand behind my inspections; if you are not satisfied with my services at the end of the inspection, I will refund* your money on the spot.
