Oak Forest Home Inspector

If you purchase a house that you paid me to inspect, I will re-inspect the house or its components for 1 year from the date of the original home inspection. Other home inspectors charge a fee for a re-inspection, or some home inspectors advertise a free re-inspection, but, will charge a travel fee, after hours fee or a weekend fee. I will not charge you anything for a reinspection, PERIOD!! This is a great value, especially if you have a warranty on your house. Call me prior to the expiration of the warranty and I can perform a home inspection to help identify any issues; then have them corrected in accordance with your warranty.

We offer a 100 day FREE limited warranty from the date of the inspection. If we inspected it and it stops working within the 100 day time period, we will fix it under this limited warranty. Please contact us for details.

I am an independent home inspector. I do not perform any repair or replacement of systems or components. I perform the home inspection without an agenda towards earning additional business or money through repair or replacement. With that in mind, I also do not referr repairs or replacement to any specific entity. You can rest assured that if you need a contractor, it is not a friend or family member of mine.

I stand behind my inspections; if you are not satisfied with my services at the end of the inspection, I will refund* your money on the spot.

There is no "perfect" house
There is a perfect house for you, and you will know it when you find it.
