Southland drenched; up to 5 inches of rainfall

Some viaducts are flooded and water is flowing over the roadway in many areas after the Southland was drenched by up to 5 inches of rainfall Tuesday morning. A flash flood warning expires at 11 a.m. but street flooding could continue throughout the day.
